As a
Rewards Specialist
you'll ensure great employee experience through providing Tier II Support to the benefits processes across functions, brands and geographies. Key Responsibilities Benefits Administration for
Canad
a and U.S. Resolve benefit-related issues and respond to queries and requests in a timely manner. Assist with the execution, education, administration and maintenance of the company’s benefits
for Canada and U.S. (e.g., health, dental, life insurance, disability, RRSPs, pension plans). Align benefits processes across brands and pick up manual benefits processes, if any
, including consistent Knowledge Articles. Ensure benefits programs comply with federal and provincial regulations Provide inputs on program gaps, issues, training needs etc. with regards to global programs. Participate in global People Solutions projects. Participate in
adhoc
projects within Region as needed Manage benefits
platform, if any, and create and store benefits policy documents in relevant systems. Liaise with other functions in and outside of HR as required Support People Advisors on benefits-related matters / escalations Support Rewards
manager
in activities where relevant and needed (implementation of new benefits, compliance, benefits analysis, benchmarking and solutioning, as well as the Annual Salary Review cycle and/or other compensation related activities as needed). Support Global benefits program roll outs like :
WorkFlex
, EAP, Wellness Lead program development in geography within global rewards policies, frameworks and principles Vendor Management Vendor Invoicing Review local vendor performance against service level agreements Act as escalation point (Tier 2) for benefit issues Performs reviews in line with global governance requirements (salary changes, job level changes etc.) We are looking for : At least 3 years of experience in Rewards. Relevant experience with US and Canada. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field required. R elevant experience administering benefits including familiarization with benefits compliance in US and Canada. Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, ADP, Paycom are a plus) Language: Spanish (is a plus) Open to travel as needed. Job Type
: Full Time This role allows the selected candidate to work from home 2 days per week as part of our flexible work policy. Salary :
$65,000 to $85,000* Benefits:
Full time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match. * The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for this position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
