“Plaid for AI agents” : the platform handles authentication, state management, and error recovery so agents can automate complex workflows behind login screens of legacy systems without APIs. Already partnering with leading HRIS and payroll companies like Deel and Homebase, this team replaces “human APIs” — manual teams moving data between systems — with fast, secure, automated migration solutions. Founded in 2023, the company is headquartered in San Francisco and backed by $13M in funding. What You Will Do
As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of features that power the company’s
Enterprise Data Migration
platform. Your work will span frontend, backend, and infrastructure, delivering seamless migration experiences for both enterprise customers and their end-users. You will: Frontend Development & Developer Experience Design and build developer experiences across the company’s docs and console.
Create intuitive, responsive UIs for account management, billing, and platform configuration.
Develop rich data visualizations and analytics dashboards for monitoring and insights.
Backend Systems & Infrastructure Contribute to authentication and integration services.
Design and maintain scalable APIs that handle secure data extraction, transformation, and delivery.
Implement testing, monitoring, and deployment systems for reliability.
Cross-Stack Ownership Own features from database schema to user-facing UI.
Manage semantic versioning, releases, and deployment pipelines.
Balance performance, reliability, and security considerations in architectural decisions.
Ideal Candidate Background
3–8 years of experience as a
full-stack software engineer
at early-stage startups.
Proven track record of scaling products and owning features end-to-end.
Fluency in
TypeScript
and
Node.js .
Comfortable operating across the stack, from frontend UIs to backend APIs and infrastructure.
Preferred
Experience with
Go , cloud platforms, and AI-assisted development tools like Cursor.
Strong product intuition and ability to weigh trade-offs between speed, scalability, and UX.
Experience with data migration, secure integrations, or browser automation at scale.
Compensation and Benefits and Other Things
Salary : $170,000 – $220,000
Equity : 0.3% – 0.5% ownership stake
