With more than 300 locations worldwide, The Little Gym is the premier enrichment and physical development center for children aged 4 months to 12 years. For over four decades, we have helped millions of kids experience achievement, develop new skills, and gain confidence through gymnastics-based programs. Classes for Parent/Child, Pre-K, and Grade School are conducted in a safe, clean, and nurturing environment that encourages children to develop at their own pace. Joining The Little Gym team means becoming part of a family dedicated to children’s growth and development globally. Job Summary: Teach engaging classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching methods (training provided!) Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family Oversee the full range of programs to ensure high standards of The Little Gym International are met Train and evaluate fellow team members You’d fit in here if… You’re playful and love giving high fives (a background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus) You enjoy helping others be their best Kids and parents like you You were voted most likely to be in a good mood in high school You love to have fun but also know when to focus on work All locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees.
