is seeking an experienced and skilled
Maintenance Director
to join our growing team of professionals at Benchmark Senior Living. The Director is primarily responsible for all maintenance and housekeeping functions within an assisted living facility. This role involves hands-on participation in the overall operations of the facility as well as administrative duties. Monday-Friday schedule with Manager on Duty Rotation Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 Responsibilities Coordinate and communicate with team members to accomplish repairs and alterations to building and equipment systems Provide technical support, product information, research, and quality assurance guidance Establish and monitor a preventative maintenance program to promote well-being and aesthetic appeal for residents and staff Maintain OSHA and fire code compliance Perform other maintenance functions as required Demonstrate strong skills as an experienced maintenance professional Have previous maintenance and housekeeping management experience in a long-term care or assisted living facility Possess a strong working knowledge of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, with an emphasis on HVAC Requirements Understanding of applicable life safety regulations Ability to successfully manage a maintenance and housekeeping department Experience in facilities management Previous supervisory experience Diagnostic skills and attention to detail Knowledge of proper handling of biohazardous waste As a community leader at Benchmark, you will have access to a variety of
