Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Provide leadership to direct reports, including hiring, training, coaching, and ongoing development. Develop a deep understanding of organizational objectives and create training programs that align with these goals. Gather requirements, analyze needs, and design “best in class” blended learning solutions — including engaging activities and course content that improve retention and on-the-job application. Manage the full lifecycle of instructional design projects: planning, forecasting, scoping, designing, developing, deploying, evaluating, and iterating. Allocate resources effectively and delegate initiatives appropriately while supporting company priorities. Collaborate with subject matter experts and the training delivery team to understand target audience needs and create outcome-based learning. Oversee the creation and delivery of a variety of learning formats, including eLearning, instructor-led training, blended learning, and microlearning. Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. Occasionally work evenings/weekends to meet project or business needs.
Qualifications — Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (required). Instructional Design Certificate (preferred). Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
Qualifications — Experience
10+ years of proven success in instructional design. 5+ years coaching and mentoring individuals and teams. 2+ years leading learning experience design projects involving multiple stakeholders and technologies. Experience with training methodologies, instructional design systems, and processes. High proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate), and multimedia development tools.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range:
$108K – $115K/year
