Data Centre Provisioning Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking two highly skilled and experienced Data Centre Provisioning Engineers to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the Edge Deployment team with provisioning and auditing activities, ensuring seamless deployment of services in our data centers. If you have a strong background in network routing and switching concepts, experience with Linux/Unix command line interfaces, and excellent problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities: Support the Edge Deployment team with provisioning and auditing activities Complete pre-deployment checks prior to initiating provisioning Initiate and track the provisioning process through to completion, working with field teams to address miscabling issues, repair failed hardware, and escalate as needed for support due to tooling or process failures Initiate and track the circuit audit process Collaborate with field teams to resolve all audit fallout required to move to activation Maintain fidelity of data in all systems of record within required time frames Troubleshoot complex network issues using various tools and techniques Develop and maintain technical documentation for network infrastructure Participate in on-call rotation for critical issue resolution Requirements: Must-haves: 3+ years of experience in data center deployments and building large-scale infrastructure Strong knowledge of network routing and switching concepts and protocols (BGP, TCP/IP, VLAN, ISIS, OSPF, MPLS, SRLG) Proficiency in Linux/Unix command line interface Proven ability to analyze complex situations and utilize troubleshooting skills under pressure Nice-to-haves: Experience with Service Provider network hardware platforms and architectures (routers/switches, data center switching platforms) Field-based work experience in data centers Skills: · Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures · Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Effective communication and collaboration skills Tools and Technologies: · Standard ENS tools for provisioning and auditing activities · Linux/Unix operating systems · Network protocols and architectures (BGP, TCP/IP, VLAN, ISIS, OSPF, MPLS, SRLG) · Any optical experience would be an advantage
