Summary The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems Support Specialist provides a single point of contact for end users to receive support with the organizations newly implemented D365 Finance & Operations ERP system (F&O). Work with accounting, operations, analytics, and IT in all aspects for the implementation, configuration, support, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide front-end technical support for ERP systems. Set up and maintain approval workflows. Develop and maintain financial reports using D365 Financial Report Designer. Support new legal entity build (creation, data management, dimensions, parameters, etc) Participates in the process of change management for applicable improvements and enhancements to relevant systems and databases. Coordinates key users for testing and validations when changes to the system have been made. Creates and maintains ongoing accuracy and usability of the system user support documentation (user guides / troubleshooting guides) Works with functional areas to understand business processes and aids users in becoming more efficient and effective in using relevant systems and databases. Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in ERP support, systems integration, or technical roles. Bachelors degree in computer science or similar field required or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and data analysis tools. Ability to identify and resolve complex problems. Expertise and knowledge of database concepts, practices, procedures, structures, and systems Expertise of the Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, collaboration skills, and creative problem-solving skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills, in both technical and user-friendly language. Logical and efficient with keen attention to detail. Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required. Physical Requirements : The ability to complete fine motor functions. Lifting, standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, push / pull, repetitive use of hands, grasping use of hands, visual activity.
