We are a 100% distributed team of nearly 200 people worldwide, with no physical office. Our team includes frontend and backend engineers, AI research scientists, and professionals from Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Stanford, Stripe, Vercel, Bolt, and startup founders.
Overview Speechify's Studio is our latest product enabling creators to produce human-like AI voiceovers, dub videos, clone voices, and more.
This role is ideal for someone strategic, fast-paced, passionate about product decisions, and experienced in creating delightful user experiences. We value technical excellence, results, strong communication, and a winning mindset.
Our interview process includes several technical rounds, aiming to complete within one week.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain Speechify's Creator Studio at speechify.com/studio
Integrate AI models for voiceovers, dubbing, voice cloning, etc.
Ideal Candidate
Experience with AWS/GCS and building service architectures
Experience with scalable microservices architectures
Proficiency in writing testable code and improving testing infrastructure
Proficiency with React, NodeJS, or both
Understanding of low-level JS, profiling, and performance optimization
Preferred: video and audio processing experience
