Quality Assurance Engineer I, Ops and Transportation

Quality Assurance Engineers at Amazon test applications and products at the user level and code level, both manually and with automated tools. Our QAEs are capable of understanding software internals, debugging problems using log files, and writing automated tests with scripting tools and/or user-level automated tools. QAEs are excellent individual contributors, capable of handling tasks from start to finish with minimal help. Responsibilities include understanding the domain and product in detail, developing test strategies and plans, creating test cases, driving test case sign-off processes with stakeholders, contributing to code-level unit tests, executing tests, and reporting results. Basic Qualifications

1+ years of quality assurance engineering experience Bachelor's degree Experience designing and planning test conditions, scripts, and data sets for adequate coverage Experience in manual testing Experience in automation testing Experience in UI and API automation testing (Selenium/SOAPUI) Preferred Qualifications

Experience in API & Mobile testing Experience in front-end testing Experience in test automation About the Team
