08/18/2025 - 11/21/2025 Compensation: $25-27/hr Position Overview The Property Management Admin provides critical administrative support to the property management team, ensuring smooth daily operations across tenant services, accounting, and compliance. This role is ideal for a highly organized, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with ease. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Provide direct administrative assistance to Property Managers. Maintain accurate and organized records for leases, service contracts, legal documents, payables, and other property-related files. Track and update Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for tenants and contractors. Manage office supply inventory and prepare express mail packages. Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner. Assist with budget preparation and ensure compliance with management audits. Accounting Support Process vendor invoices: code, enter into the accounting system, and route for approval. Collect and file W-9 forms. Prepare Aged Delinquency reports and issue delinquency notices to tenants. Process manual adjustments for tenant services. Support accounts receivable functions as needed. Tenant Relations Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, clients, vendors, and contractors. Draft tenant memos and correspondence. Update the Tenant Handbook as needed. Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all paperwork and authorizations are in place. Maintain updated contact lists for tenants, employees, and contractors. Other Duties Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Manager. Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. 1+ year of administrative or property management support experience. Familiarity with property management operations is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to learn new software systems.
