Job Description CAD-USA is responsible for managing Documentation, Credit Control, and MIS related activities for CIB business post credit approvals.
Core Competencies: Credit Documentation
Recording all transactions in the Share Point Workflow system.
Processing daily assigned work to ensure smooth operations.
Maintaining credit facility files with relevant documents, scanning, and safekeeping.
Preparing and reviewing standard and non-standard documentation, including Syndicated Agreements, Facility Offer Letters, Security documents, legal opinions, and other condition precedent documents, in compliance with credit approvals.
Verifying signatures and authenticity of security/support documents.
Coordinating with international teams, product specialists, and credit teams to complete documentation and system updates.
Ensuring approvals for deferrals or waivers of incomplete documents are obtained.
Managing documentation deficiency reports and follow-ups.
Lodging documents and updating collateral data in the system.
Periodic review and cleanup of security documents upon facility settlement.
Reviewing approvals for collateral release and ensuring facilities are canceled from the system if settled.
Credit Limit and Control
Encoding and releasing credit limits accurately.
Applying interest rates, charges, and fees correctly.
Preparing instructions for account provisioning, customer grade changes, interest suspensions, and write-offs.
Sharing loan agreement copies with Loan Middle Office for processing transactions.
Reviewing limits in GLCMS and Core Banking System monthly.
Updating interest rate codes in the system.
Preparing monthly activity reports.
Reviewing and updating SOPs for risk and control improvements.
Completing annual RCSA for CAD USA.
Closing audit observations timely.
Updating the business continuity plan annually.
Preparing and analyzing reports for management.
Ensuring timely internal and regulatory reporting.
Completing mandatory training as required.
Qualifications Knowledge & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, commerce, or relevant discipline.
7-8 years of experience, including at least 5 years in credit administration and legal documentation within a financial institution, preferably with international exposure and involvement in credit approval processes.
