We’re looking for a Showing Agent who’s eager to learn the industry from the ground up while supporting active buyers and gaining hands-on experience. This role is ideal for someone who’s licensed or currently enrolled in real estate courses and wants to build momentum within a productive, fast-moving environment. You’ll assist senior buyer agents by showing properties, hosting open houses, and helping maintain a great experience for prospective clients. Responsibilities: • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth Compensation: $130,000 at plan yearly •
