to win with athletes* and deliver sustainable growth. Conduct rigorous analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights. Present clear, compelling recommendations to mobilize leadership teams toward action. Impact Assessment & Performance Tracking Define and track KPIs to measure strategic success. Evaluate results against plans and recommend priority actions for course correction. Communicate strategic updates across the broader organization with clarity and influence. Required Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years in corporate strategy, management consulting, or investment banking (retail, apparel/footwear, or consumer-facing industries highly preferred). Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives. Expertise in strategic problem-solving, structured analysis, and influencing senior leadership. Skills: Strong storytelling and presentation skills (Keynote proficiency a plus). Ability to simplify complexity and thrive in ambiguous environments. Exceptional interpersonal skills and collaborative leadership style. Growth mindset with curiosity and resilience.
