What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Analyze and account for vendor invoices in NetSuite, ensuring timely and accurate processing - Resolve vendor invoice issues and respond to inquiries from various departments - Perform 3-way match on received invoices to ensure accuracy - Maintain effective vendor relations, including reconciling statements and addressing payment discrepancies - Assist with quarterly and annual audit requests by providing necessary documentation
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Accounting or currently pursuing a degree - 2-5 years of accounts payable experience in a fast-paced environment - Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially strong Excel skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with NetSuite preferred - Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing demands effectively
