Digital Marketing Specialist
with strong email marketing and web CMS skills, ideally someone who thrives in a hands-on executional role and has the ability to grow into a more strategic position over time. The role is best suited for someone whos handled multiple digital channels, worked with various stakeholders, and can confidently manage multiple projects from start to finish! Key Responsibilities Lead and execute email marketing strategy using
HubSpot
including segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and analytics. Manage and maintain content within the
website CMS
(e.g., Optimizely), including page creation, image updates, SEO optimization (meta tags, image resizing, 404 resolution), and performance tracking. Support SEO, paid media, and broader digital campaigns across content and performance channels. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, IT, RevOps) and external partners (agencies, developers) to manage digital initiatives. Coordinate multiple short-, mid-, and long-term projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution. Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve conversion and ROI. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on email and marketing automation. Proficient in
HubSpot
(including advanced segmentation, workflows, and testing). Strong experience with
CMS platforms
(e.g., Optimizely), and working knowledge of integrations with CRM and marketing tools. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently and work with multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical and communication skills. Preferred: Experience with UX, visual design, or web performance optimization. Ideal Candidate Profile What Were Looking For!
