Job Title: Program Director

Job Overview:
We seek a skilled Program Director to lead cross-functional programs within our In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) and broader diagnostics portfolio. This role manages complex product development from concept to commercialization, ensuring strategic alignment, regulatory compliance, and adherence to timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, knowledge of the biotech/IVD landscape, and a successful track record of leadership and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, Operations, and Commercial to deliver diagnostic products from feasibility to launch Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and resources Act as the main contact for program status, risk assessment, and issue resolution Ensure strategic alignment and achievement of program goals Monitor milestones and report on program performance to executives Facilitate communication among teams, leadership, and partners Ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO 13485) and support submissions Manage governance processes including steering committees and stage gates Identify and mitigate risks to meet timelines and deliverables Requirements:
Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related; advanced degree preferred 8-10+ years in biotech, diagnostics, or medical devices, with IVD focus 5+ years in program/project management within regulated environments Knowledge of regulatory pathways, quality systems, and clinical development for IVDs Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex programs Experience in Life Science/IVD industry preferred PMP or similar certification preferred Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organization Preferred Skills & Competencies:
Experience with global product launches and distributed teams Familiarity with Agile and Stage-Gate methodologies Experience working with external partners and outsourcing Strong problem-solving and business acumen Benefits:
