Clinical Role:Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrician
Fellowship training required
Join a community health center with over 100 years of service
Provide evaluations, counseling, and treatment for children, adolescents, and families with a wide range of developmental and behavioral challenges
Participate in comprehensive interdisciplinary care and specialty assessments including:
Physical, developmental, and emotional-behavioral evaluations (ages 18 months-21 years)
Autism diagnostics, ADHD and anxiety assessments, and genetic/motor/sleep/feeding evaluations
Psychopharmacology for ADHD, ASD, anxiety disorders
Parent counseling and behavioral interventions
Desensitization for medical/dental procedures
Average caseload: 8-10 evaluations and 40 medication follow-ups per week
Attend weekly Autism Center and Evidence-Based Practice clinical meetings
Collaborate with pediatric staff and therapists for complex case management
Consult to internal teams including Child Guidance Clinic, Autism Center, APRNs, and the Child First Program
