A Culture of Support - Join a team that understands the importance of a workplace built on integrity, compassion, and collaboration.Licensed Practical Nurse Essential duties and responsibilities (not limited to)Utilize nursing knowledge and skills in the safe implementation of basic preventive therapeutic and rehabilitative nursing care of assigned patients as evidenced by documentation and observation of positive patient care outcomes.Perform delegated independent nursing functions using established procedures, policies, guidelines and standards as observed by the Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing.Administer medication accurately, observing client response, as evidenced by documentation in the medical record and lack of negative outcomes.Maintain and coordinate communication among client, staff and physician as evidenced within medical record, client and health care team feedback.Client AdmissionsNarcotics CountCompleting Prior AuthorizationsMAR audits and complianceAssist in assuring that effective communication exists with patients as reflected in the plan of care. Give punctual change of shift report consisting of pertinent and relevant information for assigned patients.Work collaboratively with other members of the health care team in coordination of the patient's care as evidenced by other department feedback.Answer and refer telephone calls or other inquiries to ensure accurate and timely communications are facilitated. RequirementsLicensed Practical Nurse Job RequirementsValid LPN licensure in the state of MNComprehensive understanding of all MN Statutes related to providing services for the population NBHN servesCPR/First Aid Certification or attain within 30 days of employmentMust be able to pass a background checkValid Driver's License with acceptable driving recordProficient computer skills, including knowledge in MS Office, and Google Suite programsFamiliar with Procentive, Electronic Health Record System (preferred)Licensed Practical Nurse Full Time Benefits (30+ hours a week)We provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, well-being, and financial future, including: Medical Insurance, HSA, Dependent Care, 401k & Company match, Dental, Vision, Short and long term disability, EAP, Paid holidays, and Paid Time off Salary Description $25-$30/Hour
