The Role
Are you a natural when it comes to starting up conversations and getting a group of people pumped? Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help us provide the best possible experience for our customers. We need someone who will drive sales to maximize profits and lead our teams. Do you think you have what it takes? Join the winning team and show them how it’s done!
Here’s what a day at work may look like…
- Sales, motivating and connecting with customers to provide the best service
- Provide sales staff with constructive feedback and help solve customer problems
- Create positive customer relations and set the example
- Help keep a clean, neat, and organized store
- Maintain personal and productivity goals throughout the day
- Ensure the store has a cool vibe and an inclusive work environment
- Motivate the sales staff and create an atmosphere of healthy competition
- Engage with customers and have fun!
About You
- 18+ years old
- Must have open availability during the weekends
- Excellent sales skills and strong customer service abilities
- Fun and outgoing personality (must be confident and engaging)
- Interest in the latest trends, fashion, and shoes
- A desire to work hard and be successful
- Natural ability to engage in conversation
It would be great but not completely necessary to have…
- Experience in selling athletic shoes is a plus.
