Overview
Bowhead seeks a Program/Project/Management Analyst to support the PMA 261 program.
Responsibilities
• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. • Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. • Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. • Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. • Tracks program/project status and schedules. • Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Qualifications
• MA/MS degree
• Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
• At least 5 years demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management of aircraft retrofits and modifications • Advanced level proficiency/understanding of DoD contracts, Integrated Master Plans, Integrated Master Schedules, and business case analysis/development • Proven demonstrated experience with managing, reviewing, tracking Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Technical Directives (TDs), and other Program documentation associated with modification and retrofit of Fleet aircraft
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement at this location.
Physical Demands: • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time • Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
