Airtable's Marketing Team is seeking a Senior Director of Product Marketing, AI to lead our AI product marketing initiatives and core product marketing functions. In this role, you'll shape the strategic positioning and go-to-market strategy for our product portfolio, emphasizing our AI capabilities. You'll lead a team of product marketers and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to elevate Airtable's profile as an AI-first company, driving full-funnel marketing efforts and building pipeline for our AI products. Reporting to the Head of Product and Solutions Marketing, you'll be a key member of the marketing leadership team.
What You'll Do
- Lead Core Product Marketing: Oversee messaging, positioning, and differentiation across our platform, highlighting AI features.
- Drive AI Strategy: Collaborate with product and sales teams to define AI roadmap, go-to-market plans, and industry-specific solutions.
- Develop GTM Programs: Create and execute strategies for product launches, including goals, metrics, assets, and launch plans.
- Champion Voice of the Customer: Understand customer use of our platform and AI, define customer profiles, and support pipeline and advocacy.
- Lead Product Messaging & Positioning: Craft compelling narratives around our platform and AI capabilities, ensuring consistent messaging across channels.
- Develop Sales Enablement: Provide content, training, and tools for sales teams; create case studies and ROI frameworks, especially for AI solutions.
- Drive Pricing and Packaging Strategy: Develop pricing models and packaging strategies aligned with customer value.
- Press and Influencer Engagement: Generate momentum for AI initiatives through collaborations with communications, AR, and content teams.
- Build a Product Marketing Team: Attract, develop, and retain top talent; foster a culture of strategic thinking and execution.
Who You Are
- 10+ years in B2B software product marketing, with significant experience in generative AI technologies.
- Proven leadership managing product marketing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in B2B and product-led growth marketing models.
- Executive presence with influence across product, marketing, and sales.
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, especially for complex technical topics.
- Track record of successful product launches.
- Strategic mindset balancing tactical execution and long-term vision.
