A leading national law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney with 5-7 years of experience to join their thriving Labor & Employment practice in San Francisco, CA . This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team handling high-stakes employment matters.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in employment litigation, particularly class action and PAGA cases. Responsibilities include:
- Defending wage & hour class actions and PAGA claims
- Drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery
- Drafting and arguing motions in court
- Conducting depositions and preparing for trial
- Advising employers on federal and California employment laws
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in California
- Strong writing and research skills
- Experience handling employment-related litigation
- Trial experience is a plus, but not required
