Your Role as Vice President of Tax

As Vice President of Tax, you will be a key member of our Advisory team. Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership, you will help our high-income and high net-worth clients with their tax reduction and other financial matters.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert tax planning services for individuals and businesses.
• Address legal issues related to income tax, corporate tax, and accounting.
• Stay current with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulatory changes.
• Conduct thorough research on tax codes, court cases, and IRS rulings.
• Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize liabilities.
• Collaborate with other tax professionals in the office with strategies and tax returns reviews.

Qualifications:

• Deep Expertise Tax, Tax controversiesandAudit with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated ability to remain updated with tax laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
• CPA License (any state) or JD (any jurisdiction) is required.
• Additional credentials such asEA ,LLM , orCFP are highly desirable but not required.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with IRS or Department Justice
