Ideal candidates bring a track record of success within high-growth, digitally native, subscription-based DTC brands—especially in the CPG or wellness space. You'll play a critical role in aligning financial strategy with business growth, building a scalable team and infrastructure, and informing decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build robust cohort models to inform product, marketing, and lifecycle strategies
  • Partner cross-functionally with growth and retention teams to optimize unit economics

Business Operations & Performance Monitoring

  • Develop KPI dashboards and internal reporting systems to track performance
  • Conduct channel, SKU, and cohort-level profitability analyses
  • Inform pricing, promotional, and bundling strategies with financial rigor

Team & Systems Development

  • Oversee the implementation and scaling of finance systems, tools, and process automation

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of finance experience, ideally within high-growth DTC, CPG, wellness, or subscription businesses
  • Expertise in subscription dynamics, retention analytics, and cohort modeling
  • Experience operating in founder-led, fast-paced startup environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach
