Salary: 100-140k€ + Stock Options/BSPCE
Work arrangements are flexible: remote within Europe, or occasional visits to Paris (fully reimbursed). We support relocation with a 10k€ signing bonus, help find housing, and assist with visas.

About the role
Reporting to the VPGrowth, you will manage Photoroom’s paid acquisition budget—an eight-figure budget across Meta, Apple Ads, Google, TikTok, programmatic DSPs, and potential offline activities.
About You
- Experienced Performance Marketer: 7+ years in mobile/web UA with ownership of ≥$25M/year budget.
- Subscription Model Expert: Proven success in CAC, payback, and renewal in freemium-to-paid products.
- Hands-on Operator: Regularly launch campaigns and leverage AI tools.
- Measurement Enthusiast: Fluent in SQL, Looker, Amplitude; skilled in A/B testing, attribution, and data-driven decisions.
- Process Builder: Capable of managing large budgets with effective processes.
- Fast & Candid: Values speed, feedback, and radical candor.
- Owner Mentality: Proactive in diagnosing and fixing ROAS dips.
