The opportunity
We seek a proactive SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Senior Manager to join our SuccessFactors team. This role involves addressing organizational challenges through SAP technology, emphasizing a comprehensive, business-centered approach that includes strategy, customer value, user experience, processes, and operational impacts.
You will lead the delivery of technology transformation projects aligning with organizational strategy, managing timelines, costs, quality, and leading technical and non-technical teams in developing and implementing solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage engagement delivery and client relationships daily.
- Ensure program/project objectives are met through effective management.
- Develop resource plans and budgets, managing engagement economics.
Skills And Attributes For Success
Ideal candidates will possess technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills, including:
- Stakeholder collaboration and SAP SuccessFactors system advising.
- Designing functional solutions through thorough analysis.
- Leading stakeholders and technical teams, translating needs into effective solutions.
- Managing and developing project resources.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, application delivery, quality assurance, and system integration.
- Strong client relationship management and revenue generation skills.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 12 years relevant experience, with at least 3-4 full end-to-end implementations in complex environments.
- Proven success leading SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll projects, including managing time evaluation solutions, data replication, and SAP Payroll Control Center deployment.
- SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification.
- Experience with hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools and understanding of the technology landscape.
- Willingness to travel 40-60% as needed.
