Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences

The Opportunity

We’re hiring Senior / Principal Consultants for our brand-new, high-performing Miami office, based in a buzzing WeWork space.

This is a client-facing, 360 role where you’ll be responsible for developing your own business, nurturing client relationships, and delivering outstanding talent solutions to life science businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confidently drive new business development, client management, and land/expand strategies.
  • Source and headhunt top talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and specialist pharma channels.
  • Manage the full recruitment process - from candidate sourcing and CV submission to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Organise interviews, gather feedback, and offer consultative, value-led advice to clients and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within Bullhorn (ATS).
  • Build, nurture, and grow long-lasting relationships across your network.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven, consistent billing record in 360 recruitment.
  • Strong business development skills with a confident, consultative approach.
  • Life Science market experience is a plus, but not essential if you’re eager to learn.
  • Ability to build rapport, problem-solve, and thrive under pressure.
  • Self-starter mentality with ambition, optimism, and natural leadership qualities.
  • Results-driven, financially motivated, and focused on delivering excellence.
  • Organised, punctual, and committed to high standards of work.
