What You’d Be Doing In This Role

As Canva scales, change is part of our DNA. This role will involve leading a dedicated business marketing organization, driving workplace adoption and expansion, and working closely with our Consumer Marketing team to grow our enterprise segment.

This role reports to both the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Customer Officer and involves shaping Canva's business narrative, leading marketing campaigns, customer retention, thought leadership, and brand presence in the enterprise space.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning Canva's narrative for businesses across all channels.
  • Developing and executing long-term B2B marketing strategies.
  • Driving marketing-sourced pipeline targets.
  • Leading and growing a team of 50-100+ across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Building a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Partnering with Consumer Marketing for brand consistency and enterprise positioning.
  • Building relationships with product teams to influence roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
  • Designing scalable marketing systems and processes.
  • Championing inclusion and team wellbeing.

You're probably a match if you have:

  • Proven leadership experience managing large teams.
  • Deep expertise in demand generation and product marketing in B2B/enterprise contexts.
  • A track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong technical understanding of marketing technology and analytics.
  • Experience in implementing marketing operations and measurement frameworks.
  • Ability to translate complex products into compelling market messages.
  • Leadership skills to influence in matrix organizations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and mentoring abilities.

Additional Information

We offer benefits including equity, health plans, 401(k), parental leave, wellbeing allowances, and flexible leave options. The salary range is $343,000 to $457,000, determined based on experience and market data.
