Your Role at BHSN:
As a Manager of Quality & Population Health, you will coordinate and update the Quality Assurance (QA) program with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and organizational priorities.
This position works in close partnership with clinical, operational, and leadership teams to embed best practices into daily operations and to support organizational goals related to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Plan, implement and oversee routine and focused audits of programmatic documentation. Develop and monitor performance metrics to assess the quality of care and operational effectiveness. Maintain tracking tools and dashboards for audit findings and compliance trends. Identify patterns of risk and collaborate with programs to resolve these. Monitor CAP implementation and follow-up audits to ensure resolution. Assist in training and developing staff in quality management principles, practices, and policies. Provide support for external audits and regulatory reviews as needed. Provide coaching to staff on documentation quality, audit expectations and compliance standards. What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Human Services, or a related field
preferred. Minimum of
2 years of experience
in quality management, performance improvement, or healthcare/population health.
Behavioral health experience strongly preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively manage multiple projects. Proficiency in data analysis tools, performance measurement, and audit processes.
