What you'll be doing: Leading and contributing to multiple projects focused on improving business processes Acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT to align on technical solutions Analyzing current performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and validating ROI Scoping, estimating, and scheduling process improvement and system implementation efforts Overseeing data conversion and system releases, including testing and training coordination Identifying project risks and driving mitigation strategies with stakeholders What you bring:
5-7+ years of experience in business systems analysis and process improvement Strong project management skills (scoping, planning, communication, risk management) A solid grasp of business process design and redesign concepts Excellent communication and presentation skills - you're comfortable engaging at all levels Experience working across teams without direct authority - you know how to influence and collaborate Industry experience in oil & gas, chemicals, or other continuous process environments is a big plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving business challenges with technology, and is always looking for the next opportunity to optimize and improve.
