is seeking an innovative and compassionate
Physical Therapy Assistant
to join our in-house rehabilitation team. The Physical Therapy Assistant implements and makes recommendations for updates to physical therapy programs for a diverse population of residents.
Full Time : Flexible schedules to accommodate resident population and to allow for a balanced work-life.
Pay:
Hourly rates start at $33.00 and higher based on experience.

Job Duties
- • Perform screenings and evaluations of residents with physical functioning impairments and other conditions, developing and implementing appropriate Physical Therapy plans of care while adhering to federal and state regulations and clinical standards. • Delivers skilled physical therapy services with the appropriate medically necessary interventions to improve, maintain or prevent decline with their physical functions. • Complete comprehensive documentation for resident care including progress notes, care plans, standardized test, discharge summaries and billing. • Provide consultation and education to residents, families, caregivers, and others to promote quality care and resident outcomes.
Job Qualifications
- • Must have or be eligible for Florida Physical Therapy Assistant license. • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations. • Minimum of associate degree in physical therapy assistant • All experience levels considered.
