We are looking for an eager and experienced
People Analytics & Reporting Contractor
to join our dynamic People Operations team. This is a 6-month contract role that focuses on enhancing our data-driven decision-making capabilities across various HR functions.

Rate: $60-$65/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain People Data Reports & Dashboards:
Design, build, and maintain a suite of regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards utilizing our HRIS (Workday preferred) and other data sources. Conduct In-Depth People Analytics:
Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to our workforce. Translate these insights into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for People Operations leadership and business stakeholders. Support Strategic Initiatives:
Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and other teams to provide data-driven support for key People initiatives and programs. Ensure Data Integrity & Accuracy:
Proactively audit, cleanse, and validate people data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all systems and reports. Develop and implement data governance best practices. Ad-Hoc Data Requests:
Respond to and fulfill ad-hoc data requests from various stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information. Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes, improving efficiency and data accessibility. Storytelling with Data:
Effectively communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences through presentations, written summaries, and visualizations. Stay Current:
Keep abreast of industry best practices in people analytics, HR technology, and data visualization.
Experience Requirements:
3+ years of progressive experience in a People Analytics, HR Reporting, HR Analyst, or similar data-focused HR role. Proven expertise in
Workday reporting and analytics
(creating custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards is a plus). Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Visier, Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas, macros a plus).
