Secondary Operator . If you enjoy hands-on work and want to build a career in manufacturing, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You'll Do: As a Secondary Operator on 2nd shift, you'll operate a variety of equipment and perform key finishing processes to ensure our products meet the high-quality standards our customers expect. Responsibilities include: Operating machines for secondary processes such as trimming, welding, grinding, heat shrinking, pad printing, washing, etc. Performing in-process inspections and using precision tools to ensure product quality. Identifying and reporting equipment or quality issues. Completing production paperwork and documentation accurately. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area. Supporting continuous improvement and following ISO 13485 quality standards. What We're Looking For:
Ability to follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures. Basic mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge. Comfortable working with hands and handling small components. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate! Willingness to work 2nd shift hours. Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) Ability to read and understand blueprints is preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. May require sitting or standing for extended periods
Safety Requirements:
Adherence to OSHA regulations, mandatory safety training, use of PPE, knowledge of emergency procedures, ability to perform physical tasks, relevant safety certifications, and compliance with drug and alcohol testing policies.
Monday - Friday from 6 am to 2:30 pm to OR 7 am to 3:30 pm
