Reporting to the Director, Applications, the Business Intelligence and Analytics Business Analyst leverages SAP Business Objects and SAP Business Warehouse to deliver actionable insights through advanced data visualization and reporting. Using these tools, the associate is responsible for providing data management and real-time analytics to the business team across departments that help drive strategic decision-making. These analytics can include real-time and scheduled reports/dashboards showing sales, supply chain movement, etc. The role will leverage artificial intelligence tools as they are added to Dunn-Edwards' portfolio to enhance predictive analytics, automate data processing, and optimize business outcomes.

The Business Analyst is responsible for operational support to research issues and determine probable causes and possible solutions. The associate will analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. In addition, the associate will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business systems issues Conduct research on hardware and software products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions Successfully engage in multiple initiatives/projects simultaneously Deliver assigned projects on time and on budget Demonstrated project management skills Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts Proven experience in the operation and analysis of database hardware, software, and standards, as well as data retrieval methodologies Working knowledge of network and PC operating systems Extensive experience with SAP Reporting and Analytics tools including Business Objects, Business Warehouse for our existing SAP Suite on HANA ERP solution Strong understanding of the SAP S/4 RISE solution (expected migration in 2027 or 2028) and its related reporting tools SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervises: None QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

The individual must be able to perform each essential job duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities needed to perform the job at a fully acceptable level.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND/OR CERTIFICATION

College diploma or university degree in computer science, computer information systems, or management information systems, and/or 3-5 years equivalent work experience. Business Intelligence: 3-5 years' experience with SAP Business Warehouse, Business Explorer and Business Objects Suite solutions required. SAP ERP: 3-5 years' experience working with SAP's ERP solutions including Suite on HANA (current state) and S/4 RISE (future state) Microsoft Power BI: 2-3 years' experience using Power BI preferred but not mandatory Generative and/or Agentic Artificial Intelligence: Any experience or willingness to learn is preferred COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Out of town travel of approximately 5-10% is expected.
