The individual will join our Centrotherm Warehouse Team reporting to our Warehouse Supervisor. This is a first shift position, Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. In this role, the candidate is responsible for picking and packing components of our InnoFlue line of polypropylene vent system and Air Excellent air distribution system. The ideal candidate can work independently and has attention to detail.

Job duties:

Assist in shipping and receiving unloading trucks and receiving the merchandise

Pick orders by following instructions on the pick tickets

Pack and prepare orders for shipment

Review accuracy of colleagues' order picks

Build product in an assembly cell per work instructions

Use ERP to find work instructions, drawings, and track work

Carton and label finished goods

Execute quality procedures as documented by the quality department. Impart quality into every part manufactured Build pallets and pack boxes to correct quality standards to ensure the product arrives to the customer in a good undamaged condition

Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards

Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing requests, and recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer. May also assist in counting of physical inventory

Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times following principles of 5S

Requirements

Experience and Requirements:

A High School diploma or equivalent preferred

1-2 yrs previous warehouse experience preferred

Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills

Dependable and Reliable

Inventory, Equipment maintenance, data entry, and computer skills may be required

Physical Requirements:

Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear

Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.

Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance

Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.

Salary Description

$20.00 to $22.00 / hr
