$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Influencer Marketing Manager Company:

Confidential Location: Greater St. Louis, MO metropolitan area Position Status: Full Time You will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that leverage social media influencers to promote our brand. You will work closely with our marketing team to identify and onboard influencers, negotiate contracts, and create content that aligns with our brand message. You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing campaign performance and providing insights to continually improve our influencer marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends. Your responsibilities Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the companys goals and objectives. Identify and engage with potential influencers for collaborations and partnerships. Create and manage relationships with influencers, including negotiation of compensation and contracts. Track and analyze the effectiveness of influencer marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing, incorporating new ideas and approaches into campaigns as appropriate. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, and PR, to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across channels. Manage budgets and timelines for influencer marketing campaigns. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and disclosure requirements for influencer partnerships. Provide guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders on influencer marketing best practices and processes. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing Proven track record of successful campaigns Strong network of influencer contacts Expertise in social media platform algorithms Ability to negotiate contracts with influencers Experience with budgeting and forecasting Knowledge of FTC guidelines for sponsored content Experience with performance metrics and analytics Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines We offer a competitive benefits package including 401(K) with employer match, and a comprehensive health insurance program.
