Job Description Now Hiring: Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician – Baldwin County (Full-Time, M-F 8am–5pm)
Are you a skilled and reliable maintenance professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician with 5+ years of recent hands-on experience to join our team and float between well-maintained properties in Baldwin County. What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of verifiable experience in apartment or property maintenance Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation A strong work ethic and a proven track record of dependability Ability to work independently, manage job tickets, and keep repair stock organized Solid skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general apartment repairs EPA Certification required HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience a plus What You’ll Get:
