Job Description
RECEIVING ASSOCIATE
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a
Receiving Associate
for a catalog fulfillment company in Chattanooga, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of preparing and processing packages and labels for warehouse functions. Positions have temporary to hire opportunity based on performance over 90 days.
Qualified Candidates MUST have
a longevity
of
1
-plus years of experience in a warehouse
or equivalent.
Pay Rates
$17.00 per hour
Bonus:
Attendance and performance must be in good standing to receive
$50 bonus at 30 days
$100 bonus at 90 days
Schedule and Hours
All shifts currently working 12-hour days 5-days a week
6:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday-Friday (regular schedule 7:00am-4:00pm)
Receiving Associate
Duties and Responsibilities • Knowledge of FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip Software experience. Mark and label containers, container tags, or products correctly. • Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records. • Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that receiving specifications are met. • Measure, weigh, and count products and materials. • Load materials and products into package processing equipment.

Requirements • Shipping and receiving experience required • Previous warehouse experience required • Standing, walking & moving about consistently • Required to complete lifting assessment • Ability to pay close attention to detail • High school diploma or GED • Background Check and Drug Screen Required
