Senior User Researcher to join our
User Insight team
and help shape the future of our products. Role Description User Research:Lead and conduct user researches in US market to help the team understand more about US consumers, and generate user insights for product, market and business decisions Market Analysis:Conduct in-depth research on the U.S. residential pool market. Develop market research and reports to identify opportunities and support business strategy. Product Development Collaboration:Work with cross-functional teams (user research, product managers, R&D, marketing) to design and execute tests (usability, concept, pricing, etc.) and ensure products meet user needs. Post-Launch Evaluation:Assist in post-launch user satisfaction surveys and NPS assessments. Continuously refine methodologies to improve user experience. Qualifications Education:Bachelors degree or higher from top 100 global university (QS ranking). Preferred majors: Anthropology, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Human Factors, Sociology, Marketing, or related fields. Experience:3+ years in user insights or market research. Familiarity with smart hardware industry required; able to lead user research projects and moderate interviews independently; experience with high-end brands in U.S./Europe is a plus; experience with promoting collaboration across different languages and cultures Skills:Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, strong data analysis, and logical thinking. Language/Location:Native/near-native proficiency in English, Chinese is a Plus. Local US citizen or live in US for more than 10 years. Seniority level
