The successful candidate will support proposal development, negotiations, and program execution by providing contractual interpretation, guidance, and interface with customers, program management, and leadership. Strong communication and computer skills are essential. Essential Functions

Administer, extend, negotiate, and terminate contracts. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and handle customer contact to ensure proper contract acquisition and fulfillment. Review estimates of costs and schedules for accuracy. Process specifications and reports. Advise management on contractual rights and obligations. Analyze data and maintain historical records. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience or Master's degree. Active DoD Top Secret clearance (recent background investigation or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation). Ability to obtain and maintain SAP clearance prior to employment. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in aerospace and defense industries. Experience in contract negotiations and understanding of FAR and DFARS. Experience with various contract types and complex production efforts. Salary offers depend on experience, education, and market conditions. Additional incentives such as bonuses and long-term incentives may be available.
