We are seeking a
Senior Salesforce Developer
to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure Salesforce solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including architecture, product management, and business stakeholders to build high-performing systems that support mission-critical workflows.
The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Salesforce development and configuration, a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, and experience in delivering complex solutions in secure environments.
Note:
U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the client contracts (e.g., government or regulated industry work).
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop custom applications, solutions, and integrations within the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. Participate in architecture and design sessions and help lead technical solution discussions. Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Perform configuration and customization of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud). Implement and maintain DevOps pipelines for CI/CD within Salesforce. Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and support system and user acceptance testing. Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce solutions. Ensure security and compliance standards are met (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA if applicable). Provide mentoring and guidance to junior developers and admins. Basic Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship is required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs. Experience with Salesforce integrations (Mulesoft, middleware, or external systems). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence). Proficiency with Git, SFDX, and Salesforce CLI. Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (highly preferred). Experience with Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, and encryption features. Exposure to federal or public sector projects, including understanding of government data security protocols. Experience working in FedRAMP or other compliance-regulated environments. Knowledge of DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, Jenkins. Benefits:
