Full Time Pay Range:

$50.53 - $61.57 per hour Montrose Behavioral Health Hospital provides premier inpatient care for children ages 5-12, adolescents ages 13-17, adults age 18 and older, and senior adults age 55 and older. Anticipate and effectively manage changes in census and acuity, and allocate nursing resources based on patient acuity/care needs. Role model customer service expectations and demonstrate a sense of urgency regarding patient safety. Ensure the standard of care at the facility, providing consultation and expertise in care delivery. Serve as a clinical and service resource to nursing staff and other staff as assigned. Manage activities of staff, coordinating safe and appropriate care between departments and disciplines. Evaluate work activities of nursing, technical, clerical, service, or maintenance staff. Analyze situations to determine the best solutions to problems. Recruit, hire, and train new staff. Identify educational needs and develop training programs. Assist in developing and implementing organizational policies and procedures. Prepare reports on the status and implementation of programs, services, and quality initiatives. Perform administrative functions such as planning budgets and authorizing expenditures. Provide direct care as needed. Qualifications

Education/Experience/Skills: BSN or higher preferred. Current registered nursing license in the state of the facility required. At least three years of experience as a registered nurse preferred. Minimum of two years of registered nursing experience required. Prior experience with the patient population of the facility is preferred. One year of prior experience as a house supervisor or in an administrative role preferred. Licenses/Certifications

Current RN license as required by the state. CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire). First aid may be required based on state or facility policies. Note:
