Clinical Coordinator

S:US is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for their domestic violence shelter in Manhattan. Location: Confidential Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the overall management of the social services unit which includes domestic violence, entitlements, children's services, housing and case management. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, establishing goals and objectives and working closely with the Program Director in planning, implementing and monitoring HRA and other funding/licensing agency services. Actively promotes staff development and team building. Qualifications: A master's degree preferred from an accredited institution with a major in social service or related field. BA required in social services. Three years of solid managerial experience in a residential or social service program. Bi-lingual English and Spanish speaking preferred. Basic Computer Skills. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of the Domestic Violence Movement, Trauma Informed Care and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder theory, group and individual.
