We are a Family Practice/Specialty office with a large Endocrinology patient base that will enable new MD to quickly build
a practice with existing patients We have a supporting Endocrinology APP that has 5 years of experience with our practice We have a well respected, sought after primary care and specialty office We offer the ability to build a new provider patient base at discretion and speed new provider is comfortable Our practice can offer a team atmosphere with existing provider support at any level Established patient base We have a team of engaged providers and ancillary staff that
all dedicated to patient care and their "work family". Our practice won award for excellence in 2023 Office Hours/Schedule: Monday – Friday 7a–6p, Some providers are here starting at 7 am and some providers are here until 6pm. Requirements
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s): Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred. Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required. Additional Preferences
