The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting patient care under the supervision of providers and office management, while ensuring a welcoming and efficient clinical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver outstanding customer service to patients, providers, and colleaguesPerform general nursing duties as directed by physicians and office managersEscort patients to exam rooms, obtain and record vital signs, and update electronic health records (EHR)Administer medications and injections accurately; document medication name, dosage, lot number, route, and patient responseUpdate patient records at each visit, including current medications, allergies, family history, and other pertinent informationHandle incoming patient calls, assist with inquiries, and relay messages to providers as neededSupport a collaborative team environment and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactionsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredCurrent, active LPN license in the state of VirginiaSolid understanding of nursing principles and clinical practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, patient-focused approachAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare teamWillingness to travel to satellite office locations as needed
