Service Booker Opportunity At Audi North Austin
Audi North Austin is looking for a Service Booker to join our team of talented professionals! Duties/Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to: Communicate with Service Advisors and Technicians on repair orders Update repair order information Make sure all documentation is on the repair order Review the Warranty repairs Some scanning or filing as needed Required Skills/Abilities: Working knowledge and experience of automotive products, repairs and parts. Possess mechanical and auto parts knowledge. Ability to understand sales training and new product information. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Punctual, reliable and must have good communication skills.
