Support the evaluation of adherence to analytic standards in intelligence products, practices, and processes. Design, test, and administer surveys tailored to customer needs. Collect, organize, analyze, and prepare survey data. Assist in evaluating Intelligence Community (IC) elements, Combatant Commands, and other analytic elements. Present findings through data visualization and analysis to aid in adherence to analytic standards. Job Responsibilities
Support the design, testing, and administration of IC surveys across multiple platforms. Provide independent data analysis of survey results and support data visualization using tableau. Assist customers in identifying suitable survey tools and methodologies across multiple platforms. Ensure accessibility and accuracy of surveys by resolving technical issues pre-launch. Develop and present survey findings to senior management, with recommendations on survey design and data analysis. Basic Qualifications
Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph. Bachelor's degree with 12
15 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 10
13 years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be exchanged for degree requirements. Expertise in survey tools and software, survey data analysis methodologies, quantitative methods, and data visualization techniques. Strong presentation skills, particularly in data visualization and analysis. Experience in providing advisement on intelligence products and processes. Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in a wide range of survey tools and platforms. Demonstrated experience in providing methodological, technological, and ethical support for survey processes. At least 5 years working within or alongside the IC. Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams in the Intelligence Community (IC) or related fields. Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00
