We're looking for a detail-oriented, highly-motivated Associate, Affiliate to support the day-to-day operations of ShopMy's Affiliate team. This role is focused on creator and brand support, affiliate program maintenance, and ensuring accurate tracking and commission data across our platform. From managing incoming inquiries to ensuring tracking accuracy and assisting with affiliate program maintenance, you'll play a key role in supporting creators, our internal team, and our brand partners. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who's eager to grow within the affiliate and creator marketing space. Your Impact in the Role: Investigate and resolve creator inquiries related to commission and order tracking Manage the Affiliate team inbox and triage inbound requests from creators and partners Maintain program details across affiliate networks, including commission rates and disclaimers Support the team in reporting, documentation, and internal process improvements Collaborate with Senior Associates to streamline workflows and escalate more complex issues You Are Energized By: Solving problems and investigating technical issues Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment Gaining exposure to affiliate networks and how creators monetize content Learning by doing and taking on new challenges in a growing company What We Are Looking For: 12 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, customer support, or account coordination Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving Comfort with technical systems, data, or backend tools Bonus Points: Experience using affiliate networks like Rakuten, Impact, ShareASale, or CJ Previous experience helping to scale a creator marketing or affiliate program In compliance with New York Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is as shown. We note that salary information as a general guideline only, actual compensation may vary from posting based on the offer for this role, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, key skills, education, training and business considerations. New York Pay Range $60,000 - $80,000 USD The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation.
