Counterintelligence Investigations Manager

The Counterintelligence (CI) Team's mission is to safeguard Anduril's people, assets, operations, and supply chain through proactively understanding, identifying, analyzing and countering threats from insiders and external entities, specifically foreign intelligence services. Anduril is seeking a professional to support the CI team who is interested in a unique opportunity to help strategize, socialize and implement a CI program which requires significant critical thinking, creativity, complex problem solving and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work across a rapidly growing, global, dynamic organization to identify and mitigate threats. What You'll Do
Support the development and execution of a CI investigations capability tailored to the defense industry's unique threats and requirements. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and Law Enforcement partners as appropriate. Develop and implement investigative strategies and protocols as well internal standard operating procedures for CI investigations. Direct complex investigations into internal and external threats, ensuring thorough data collection and evidence preservation. Establish and leverage collaborative partnerships across internal stakeholders to identify data necessary to support thorough investigations of potential threats from nation state adversaries and insiders. Establish and maintain relationships with industry counterparts to share investigative best practices. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on investigative findings and recommendations for dispositioning. Lead thorough investigations ensuring proper evidence collection and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Security or Intelligence Studies, Criminal Justice or a related field. 8 years of relevant work experience conducting or supporting CI or insider threat investigations. Strong analytical abilities, with a detail-oriented and methodical approach to investigations. Excellent critical thinking, communication and collaboration skills. Experience leading complex investigations in a fast paced, rapidly evolving threat environment. Demonstrated ability leveraging multiple data sets and tools to support complex investigations. Demonstrated understanding of the intelligence threats facing the industry. Familiarity with digital forensic tools and investigative technologies. Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance at an appropriate level (Top Secret/SCI may be required). Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards governing defense industry security. Experience conducting CI and Insider Threat investigations in both government and private industry. Advanced training in interview techniques. US Salary Range $114,000 - $171,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
