Northrop Grumman Space Systems-Launch and Missile Defense Systems presents an excellent opportunity for a Sr Principal SW Development Analyst - Global Integration SME to join our team of talented and diverse professionals. This role, based at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO, is crucial in supporting the U.S. President, Secretary of Defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and operational levels. Relocation assistance is not provided for this position, and this role must be performed on-site with no remote work options. Position Overview:

The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program is a crucial part of the Missile Defense System. It is an essential operational system that enables the U.S. president, the secretary of defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and tactical levels to systematically plan ballistic missile defense operations, monitor battle progress, and actively control designated networked sensors and weapon systems to achieve global and regional mission objectives. C2BMC offers layered missile defense capabilities that provide an optimized response to threats across all ranges and flight phases. It acts as a force multiplier by networking, integrating, and synchronizing autonomous sensor and weapon systems, both worldwide and locally, to enhance overall performance. Additionally, C2BMC is a vital component of all ground and flight tests, which verify and demonstrate the current and future capabilities of the missile defense system. Position is in a fast-paced, dynamic environment near Colorado Springs at Schriever Space Force Base. Essential Functions:

In this position, the chosen applicant will be responsible for: Integrating the JEMINI Lab test suites into our development lab Assisting software development staff with investigating and resolving issues Developing configurations to support testing and prototypes of developing systems Creating and modifying scripts for data analysis of input, internal, and output message data Troubleshooting issues in both testing and prototypes Developing troubleshooting procedures and workaround documents Reviewing and providing feedback on system specifications, development, testing, and network documents as needed, and representing the Integration team Automating scripts to configure and maintain remote hosts Previous experience as a SW Tester/Integrator Hands-on experience with DoD integration processes, Agile and DevOps methodologies, and automated test tools Basic Qualifications:

Please note your updated security clearance and IAT/relevant certifications on your resume, if applicable. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university is preferred, along with 8 years of experience; or a Master's degree in a related field with 6 years of relevant work experience; or 12 years of relevant experience may be considered as an alternative to a degree Applicants must hold a current, active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start A DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA, etc.) is required to start Extremely proficient in: Linux Scripting (Bash, Python) Strong understanding of automation and implementation Highly skilled in troubleshooting techniques Working knowledge of virtualized environments and software testing Experience integrating system components within test environments Familiar with virtualized systems, security design, and implementation Proven experience with Ansible or other automation tools Preferred Qualifications:

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
